DELIVERIES - UK
All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. If you would like a tracked delivery, the charge is £3.95. For in-store collection please telephone your order to 01738 451622 between 10.00am – 5.00pm.
Standard Delivery to Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man is £3.95 and takes up to 3 working days. Orders over £100 are free.
Delivery of orders to anywhere in the European Union is £9.95. Free on orders over £150
REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery is charged at £20.00
If your order is to be delivered outside the EU, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the delivery. Any additional customer charges must be settled by the customer.
We will issue a refund for items returned to us, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If any product returned to us is not in fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please return items to Pretty Things, 4-6 Bridge Lane, Perth PH1 5JJ.
For our Overseas customers: please make sure when you return goods to us that your parcel clearly states that it is an unwanted item you are returning, and duty has already been paid.
Once your return is received we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the refund is not approved we will contact you by email. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES & CHARGES
We can exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part, or if the item is damaged or faulty.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your Post Office) is obtained when returning any item.
